Internal application use terms

Eastcoast AVL Ops is private business operations software provided by Chlolin Systems, LLC for authorized Eastcoast AVL, LLC personnel and contractors. Access is by invitation and assigned business role. These terms cover the software, not customer event, installation, consulting, rental, or sales contracts.

Authorized users may use Ops for approved business activities, including scheduling, inventory, quotes, costs, and field operations. They must protect their accounts, use only information they are authorized to access, and must not bypass access restrictions or disclose business or customer data without authorization. Access may be suspended or removed when a user's authorization ends.

The company owner controls the QuickBooks connection. Ops requests QuickBooks Accounting access to read product/service data and to create, retrieve, and link customer estimates. An estimate is not an invoice or a payment. Creating an estimate does not send customer email. Authorized personnel must review customer identity, scope, pricing, tax treatment, and terms before relying on or sending a financial document. Forecast profit is based on entered assumptions and is not a statement of cash collected or final accounting profit.

Users may disconnect QuickBooks in Ops or through QuickBooks Connected apps. Disconnecting revokes integration access; it does not delete previously created QuickBooks records or existing business records in Ops. Reconnecting requires company-owner authorization.

Availability depends on hosting and integration services. Users must review saved status and resolve errors before relying on an operation as completed. These software terms do not change agreed prices or payment terms in a customer contract. No additional subscription or platform fee is established by these terms.
